Begin Your Journey

Spark is for those who want more than access. If you’re ready for depth, purpose, and a community that holds space for the full you—we’d love to meet you.

Spark was born out of both legacy and lived experience—and a refusal to accept the status quo of the wealth world.

Rochel Leah Bernstein grew up inside a world where privilege and responsibility intertwined. As a second-generation wealth holder, she experienced firsthand the gap between the structures wealth provides and the human support it so often lacks. Despite access to advisors, institutions, and networks, there were almost no spaces designed to address the emotional, relational, and identity challenges that come with significant wealth.

When she sought genuine friendship and peer connection, Rochel Leah discovered how often wealth itself complicated those relationships. The existing landscape of wealth communities felt transactional, superficial, and extractive—focused on deals, status, and net worth rather than on the people behind the portfolios. She saw through the dynamics and knew there had to be something better.

Rather than accept this gap, she decided to build what she could not find.

Spark emerged as a relational community for wealth holders, family office leaders, and their families: a space where people could lean on each other as humans first, with no expectation beyond honesty and care.

Diversity of wealth, unity of character. From the beginning, Spark has embraced the full spectrum of wealth experience: first-generation wealth creators, inheritors navigating family legacy, athletes and entertainers building lasting foundations, and family office leaders stewarding multi-generational enterprises. Spark does not stratify by generation or source of wealth. What unites members is work ethic, resilience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the desire to live with purpose.

Identity, individuation, and legacy. One of the deepest tensions in wealthy families is the pull between honoring family legacy and forging your own identity. Many members carry inherited expectations—roles, values, and patterns passed down across generations. Spark holds space for the hard questions: What do we repeat? What do we react to? What do we consciously choose to change? True stewardship begins with individuation—knowing who you are apart from your family name and wealth.

Personal growth and mental health. Spark is a place for radical self-inquiry, self-understanding, and purpose beyond the self. We believe that when individuals do the inner work—confronting their own patterns, building self-awareness, and investing in personal growth—they show up better for their families, their communities, and their responsibilities. Mental health, emotional resilience, and honest self-reflection are not side conversations here; they are central to the Spark experience.

What began as one woman’s search for genuine support has become a global community of purposeful families and leaders standing with one another, learning from lived experience, and shaping legacies grounded in values and trust.

Founder, Spark

A second-generation wealth holder, mother, and community builder dedicated to creating spaces where families of wealth can thrive authentically.

What Spark Is—and Why It Exists

Spark members are multi-generational wealth holders, family office executives, and UHNWIs. They actively allocate across various asset classes and have an interest in personal growth, family office effectiveness, and increasing their family’s lasting impact on their communities and the world.

Spark is best suited for individuals of strong character who prioritize authentic human connections, vulnerability, personal growth, and a desire to contribute to a supportive environment. We are a relationship-first community that thrives on members who lead with integrity, embrace vulnerability, and have a collaborative mindset. We seek members whose character shines through their willingness to be present, listen deeply, and cultivate a space of mutual understanding and trust.

The ideal member is someone committed to their own development as an individual, an investor, and as a leader. They should have a genuine interest in learning, expanding their perspectives, and supporting the growth of their peers.

Our community thrives on a spirit of generosity and a willingness to share knowledge, experiences, and insights openly. Members should be prepared to actively participate, contribute their unique perspectives, and engage in meaningful authentic discussions within a confidential and supportive space.

Additionally, we seek individuals who value long-term relationships and are committed to fostering a collaborative environment. Peer-to-peer support, mutual understanding, and a willingness to uplift one another are essential qualities for our community members.

We believe that strong personal connections lay the foundation for successful collaborations and partnerships. While our members are encouraged to explore business and co-investment opportunities with one another, we prioritize fostering genuine connections and building trust within our community first and foremost.

Integrity and transparency are critically important for our community to flourish. We lead with personal rapport first, allowing business to develop naturally from established trust and mutual interests.

Spark is not a network. It is a community built on safety, character, intimacy, stewardship, and identity—where the human side of wealth comes first.

Who Spark Is Designed For

Spark is intentionally curated for wealthholders, family office leaders, and their families who seek genuine connection over transaction.

Membership is not based on net worth alone. We look for individuals and families who demonstrate character, intentionality, and a desire to engage with depth. Our members span generations, geographies, and industries—first-generation wealth creators, inheritors, athletes, family office principals, and entrepreneurial leaders—all united by work ethic, resilience, and the desire to live with purpose.

We do not stratify by generation or source of wealth. What matters is who you are: kind, humble, curious, and purpose-driven. A distinct type of human.

Character First

We vet for integrity, values, and who you are.

Family-Oriented

We welcome multi-generational families navigating wealth together—from founders to next-gen to family office principals.

Commitment to Growth

Members who show up with vulnerability, curiosity, and a willingness to give back to the community find the deepest belonging.

Respect for Boundaries

Confidentiality and sacred boundaries are non-negotiable. Every member commits to protecting the trust of the community.

Spark is not for everyone—and that’s by design. We are intentionally small because intimacy, trust, and real relationships require limits.

Who’s in the Room

Spark members represent a diverse cross-section of the wealth world: first-generation wealth creators, multi-generational inheritors, athletes, entertainers, family office principals, and entrepreneurial leaders. They are united not by the size of their wealth, but by their character, curiosity, humility, and commitment to living with purpose.

Our gatherings are intentionally small (typically 30–80 attendees) and designed for depth. There are no pitches, no panels of 500, no transactional dynamics. Every interaction is curated for genuine connection and meaningful dialogue.

The Spark Difference for Speakers

Sacred Boundaries

No recording, no social media, no leaks. Speakers can be fully candid in a protected environment.

Engaged, Curated Audiences

Every person in the room has been vetted for character and values. You are speaking to peers, not a crowd.

Alignment, Not Transaction

We partner for impact and shared values, not ego or exposure. Every collaboration must serve the community.

Lasting Relationships

Speakers often become ongoing friends of the community. The connection doesn’t end when the talk does.

Strategic Partnerships & Sponsors

Spark welcomes partnerships with organizations whose mission complements ours. Our partners gain access to a deeply engaged, values-aligned audience—but only through collaborations that are meaningful and additive to the member experience.

We do not sell sponsorships. We build relationships. If your organization is purpose-driven and committed to impact over transaction, we’d welcome the conversation.

Interested in speaking at or partnering with Spark? We’d love to hear from you.
