By adhering to this Code, you play a crucial role in preserving and enhancing the exceptional Spark community, fostering an environment of authentic connection, mutual growth, and positive impact.

As a member, you are encouraged to build meaningful relationships within our community, leading with personal rapport and allowing business opportunities to develop naturally from established trust and mutual interests.

We approach one another with genuine curiosity, eager to learn from the diverse experiences and perspectives that each member brings. Code of Conduct
The following Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for member behavior, communication, and business practices. By adhering to these principles, you help us preserve the unique culture that makes Spark an exceptional community.
Responsibilities of the Member: The Member shall be responsible for the following duties and obligations:
1. Contribute.
Your expertise and experience are essential in fostering a rich, informative environment for all Spark members. You commit to contribute positively to discussions, and share your knowledge with the Spark community.
2. Safe space.
Spark is a sanctuary where courageous conversations take root, delving into the complexities of wealth, family dynamics, and purpose-driven living—all within a circle of trusted peers.
We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or any activity that is considered a violation of local, state, or federal laws, ensuring an environment free from verbal, online, physical, or sexual harassment and assault.
3. Misrepresentation.
Integrity and transparency are critically important for our community to flourish. As a member, you commit to:
Provide accurate and truthful information in all interactions
Refrain from making statements that are, or could be, misleading
Ensure all representations you make are factual and verifiable
Promptly correct any inaccuracies or misunderstandings upon discovery
4. Avoid Conflicts of Interest.
Recuse yourself from situations in which competing loyalties may cause you to pursue a personal benefit for you, your friends, your family or an associated business at the expense of Spark or our members.
Avoid conflicts of interest and circumstances that reasonably represent the appearance of a conflict.
Avoid conflicts of interest that may compromise the integrity of Spark or its members
Avoid engaging in activities that may bring disrepute to Spark or its members
Proactively disclose any potential conflicts of interest to Spark
5. Confidentiality.
Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information shared within Spark.
Spark events are by invitation-only. Request approval from Spark before inviting other attendees.
Do not share Spark proprietary material, event content, photography or video, or social media posts without prior approval from the Spark team.
Members may discuss information learned or received during a Spark event or communication but may not reveal the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other Partner or Member.
6. Respect for Time and Boundaries
Honor scheduled meeting times and be punctual in all your engagements with the Spark community. Strive to respond to community outreach within 24 hours as a standard practice, balancing promptness with respect for personal time. Respect members' personal and professional boundaries at all times. Additionally, always seek permission before sharing a member’s contact information, ensuring that you maintain the trust and privacy standards that are fundamental to our community’s values.
7. Ethical Business Practices
In all your interactions with the Spark community, maintain the highest standards of ethical business conduct. Proactively disclose any potential conflicts of interest. If you engage in brokering for fees, this must be explicitly disclosed. Refrain from using the Spark community as a platform for aggressive sales or marketing tactics, respecting the collaborative and supportive nature of our community.
8. Membership Status and Transferability
Individual Membership: Each membership is granted solely to the individual member and does not extend to their family office, employees, or associates. Only the named member may access and utilize membership benefits.
Non-Transferable: Membership is non-transferable and may not be reassigned, sold, loaned, or otherwise conveyed to another individual or entity. Any attempt to transfer membership will result in immediate termination of membership privileges.
Summary
We rely on one another’s good judgment to uphold a high standard of integrity for ourselves and our organization. We expect all Partners to be guided by both the letter and the spirit of this Code. The privilege of continued participation in Spark is contingent upon compliance with this Code of Conduct. If you have any questions, please consult the Spark leadership team.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties acknowledge that this Code of Conduct is not merely a set of rules, but a reflection of our shared responsibility to nurture and preserve the unique culture that makes Spark exceptional. As a Member of the Spark community:

I understand that my adherence to this Code of Conduct is required in order to participate in Spark events.
